Questions about buying
- When will the book arrive?
- Printed books are produced within five working days and then sent by post. That takes two days to Swedish addresses and up to ten days abroad.
- How do I pay?
- By card, Swish or invoice. The payment is handled by Nets through Publit, never by us.
- Can I cancel or change an order?
- No. Every book is printed on demand in the quantity you choose, so under Swedish distance selling law there is no right of withdrawal. If the book is faulty or damaged, contact Publit customer service, see the terms of purchase.
- Can I order several copies for my organisation?
- Yes. Set the quantity in the basket and choose invoice at checkout. If you need a reference or purchase order number on the invoice, get in touch through the contact page first.
- Is the Toolbox included?
- Yes. The book has a QR code to the Toolbox, and it is free and open even without the book. The Toolbox is in Swedish.
